Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all classes, passes and memberships of J2 Pilates. By booking you accept them.

2. Booking

Classes are booked via our booking portal. Spots per class are limited (maximum 8 people) and allocated in the order of bookings. A booking is binding. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class; late entry is not possible for safety reasons.

3. Cancellation & no-shows

You can cancel a booked class free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. For later cancellations or no-shows the class is forfeited or charged. If a class is fully booked, you can join the waiting list; if a spot opens up, we will let you know.

4. Membership

The Starter tier can be cancelled monthly with 4 weeks notice to the end of the month. The Regular and Unlimited tiers have a 4-month commitment and can be cancelled with 4 weeks notice to the end of the term. A membership does not guarantee a fixed spot in a specific class - please book your desired classes via the portal and reserve early, as spots are limited.

5. Passes & gift cards

The 3-class pass (intro/trial) can be purchased once only. The 5-class pass is valid for 6 weeks and the 10-class pass for 3 months from purchase. The single class, 5-class and 10-class passes are also available as gift cards.

6. Prices & payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply. All prices include statutory VAT.

7. Health & liability

Participation is at your own responsibility. Please inform us before training of any health restrictions, injuries or pregnancy; for acute issues obtain medical clearance. We accept no liability for personal belongings.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to adjust class times and the offering and to amend these terms. German law applies.
